Paula James tells me that you do interval training that may be more up my alley. I'm training for the Blue Nose full and my interval training started today. I did two sets of 1.6km at a treadmill speed of 9. 6:40 mile. I am starting at that speed only because I know I can hold it for a mile.
Are you training for the marathon too and if so - do you do your interval training at the track? I hate the treadmill but it seems the best way I can judge my pace.
